When to
reach for it.

Add 60-80ml of water at 70-80C - not boiling. Whisk in a W or M motion until frothy.
Drink straight as a traditional matcha or top with milk of your choice for a matcha latte.

Matcha has more caffeine than most green teas, but less than coffee, and it comes with L-theanine. The L-theanine smooths the curve, for calm, steady focus.
* Figures are estimated from published averages for similar teas. Actual caffeine, L-theanine, and EGCG levels vary with water temperature, steeping time, and leaf quantity — and haven't been independently tested for these specific teas.
