From the heartbreak of 4 IVF failures to the physical toll of multiple medical procedures, 10 weeks in hospital, and nearly losing my life after 5 haemorrages, it felt like an uphill battle with no end in sight.

But amidst the exhaustion and uncertainty, my journey taught me one undeniable truth: healing requires more than just recovery—it demands nourishment of the mind, body, and spirit.
