Add 1-2 spoons, according to taste, into a small shallow bowl. Premium quality matcha whisked with a bamboo chasen does not need sifting in our humble experience ;)
Add 60-80ml of water at 70-80C - not boiling. Whisk in a W or M motion until frothy.
Drink straight as a traditional matcha or top with milk of your choice for a matcha latte.
