The product I want is ‘Pre-Order’. What does this mean?
A pre-order is an order for a product that has not yet been released. There is usually limited supply and high demand so we want to ensure that really eager customers have an opportunity to get in early. Your order will be shipped straight on the product release date.

Why do you not have tea bags?

Generally, tea bags contain smaller pieces of tea leaves or tea dust, which are of lower quality compared to loose leaf tea.

Tea bags also have a greater environmental impact, especially if they are not biodegradable. Some tea bags are made with plastic materials or have plastic linings, which are not eco-friendly as well as chemicals involved in chlorine bleaching paper for tea bags.  We care about the environment, so cutting down on unnecessary packaging is important.

Which tea can I have hot? cold?
The beauty of tea is that you can drink it your way and it’s a completely different experience. Brewed hot or cold, or brewed hot then chilled. Be adventurous and discover what fits with your life style.
