In 2023, my clusterfk came at 25 weeks, after the heartbreak of 4 IVF failures, 10 weeks in hospital, and 5 haemorrages.

It felt like nothing was working, and I was desperately low, but with an 8 week prem baby, a 4yr old and my dearest (furry) companion losing his battle to cancer, downtime was not an option, so I sought out the best.

Iced green tea, cold brewed overnight, became a source of refreshing hydration, no-jitters energy, and clarity during those chaotic days. I stripped the weight, cleared the 'baby brain', and soothed my 'hospital food' gut.

That experience inspired a drive to disrupt and elevate Green Tea to the powerhouse status it deserves.
