This isn't a founder story.
I could give you one — months in hospital, five hemorrhages, coming home with an eight-week-premature baby, and the product that saved me.
That was the impetus. But what I recognised was simpler: I'm thirsty, tired and fat — in one way or another — most days. And I don't need a quick fix.
Nobody does.
I'm not a wellness person.
I'm a skeptic who got tired of being sold to.
A thousand pretty packages, each promising to fix one thing. They want you to ignore the tradeoffs. But the tradeoffs are the whole problem — good for one, quietly undermining three others.
That's what keeps us stuck: thirsty, tired and fat, patched but never well.
So I did the work.
At some point you stop believing the label and start doing the work. So I did. Read the actual research, not the marketing.
Almost nothing is worth relying on. Everything's a trend, a hit, a fix. Nothing holds. We're not short on 'fixes' — we're buried in them.
So what can I rely on to be good for ALL of me, all of the time?
