Green tea finally made so easy for me!

I have long wanted to benefit from the antioxidants and other benefits of green tea that people around me are drinking. But I just haven't seemed to manage it, even with the best brands. But yesterday my Green Goddess green tea gems infused with Jasmine (just the aroma is divine!) arrived and I tried something new: I popped a tea gem into my large stainless bottle of chilled water and watched it slowly dissolve. An hour later, I was sipping the most refreshing and energising green tea from my bottle and enjoyed it all morning. Thoroughly recommend this innovative health product for green tea newbies like me :)

A light and refreshing quench

I absolutely love these tea gems! They genuinely help me in getting my daily water intake up as they add a pleasant flavour and a subtle effervescence which makes staying hydrated easier and more enjoyable. I want to drink more green tea and less coffee, but I feel I can't justify purchasing a pricey tea when out, and I rarely make it at home. So the gems are super convenient as I have them at home and in my work bag to pop into my water without much thought!

The tea is easy to use which is encouraging! Tastes clean and refreshing and FEELS like it’s doing good work inside..I usually find jasmine bitter but this is really smooth and makes drinking water even better!
